Virtual Office | Starter
$49 Per Month
Membership Inclusions:
- Commercial business address with a personalized suite number. You can use this address for websites, business cards, licenses, permits, bank accounts, and so much more!
- Receive unlimited mail and packages. We will notify you as items come in for you. Then you can easily provide us with requests in our mail management application. We automatically filter out obvious junk mail.
- Pick up at your convenience during business hours, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
- Unlimited mail shredding and recycling.
- Free mail and package storage for up to 30 days. Storage fees will be applied at a rate of $.50 to $1 (depending on size of item) per day after the first 30 days.
- Two authorized recipients/mail managers can be on your account. Additional recipients are $5.00 each. Adding authorized mail pick up persons are free (unlimited amount).
- Access to our mail management app - super easy to use.
- Mail and package forwarding to any address at a rate of $5 handling + shipping fees.
- Opening and scanning of your mail into our secure free mobile app where you can access the images. The first 25 scanned pages are free and then each additional page is just 25 cents each.
- Check deposits at a rate of $25 per request. We can do bank runs for you as requested to deposit your check(s). Each run to the bank has a $25 fee, but we can deposit as many checks as you would like in that run.
- 25% off meeting room rentals and day passes. Reservations can be made in our community platform or by calling/emailing our team.

- Stay compliant with Google Business Profile requirements by having clear signage of your business (inside and outside) of our building, and basic customer service available to your clients by our staff during business hours.

PHONE ANSWERING
50 mIN | $199 PER MONTH
- Virtual Live Receptionist to answer all of your business calls Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
- Includes up to 50 minutes with free unlimited call transfers to the landline or mobile number of your choice. Additional minutes over the included 50 minutes are $1.50 per minute.
- If you do not answer the transferred call then the receptionist will take a detailed message and email you the call/message details. You can also have the messaged SMS texted to you at a rate of $.05 per segment.
- If you would like calls answered outside of the business hours (M-F 8am-6pm) a surcharge of +$1.00 per call will be added.
- Add an additional contact for $5.00 per month if you would like calls transferred to a colleague or team member.
