About our company

Nine3One was created by Doran Industries, a wedding industry focused organization.

Nine3One is the product of our CEO's vision to help other entrepreneurs not only create an amazing business, but have fun doing it. Our members are AMAZING and really create the atmosphere for us. We have pride in our home and "home away from home" feeling that we create for all members. Be prepared for holiday decorating, hot chocolate brought to your desk by our community manager, beer & wine Fridays, and so many other fun events exclusively for our members.

Logan Robinson

Community Manager

Logan was promoted to Nine3One's Community Manager in May of 2018 and has been an integral part of launching this spakin' new brand. She started with our organization as an Event Coordinator with our sister company, The Century. After a few months in her role at The Century, Nine3One's founder thought she would be the perfect fit as a Community Manager in downtown Modesto's only co-working facility. Our members are in good hands with Logan as she will be at your beck and call during community hours. Her goal is to make your experience at Nine3One a pleasurable one. She is dedicated to your success!  



Erin Doran


Erin is very passionate about business and knows what it takes to build a successful organization. She saw a need for a building where businesses and entrepreneurs could collaborate, network and create under one roof. After coming to the conclusion that she was going to start-up the very first Co-Working Facility in Modesto, she immediately made it her goal to make this facility perfect for people close by or people traveling through our city. She is a serial entrepreneur and owner multiple companies including The Century which is right next door to our facility. 


Carrie Matthewson

Executive Assistant

Carrie has been a part of many of our sister companies such as the Platinum Photo Booth and The Century. She has worked alongside Erin for many years and can answer any questions you may have about any of our companies. She strives to help Erin's ideas become a reality as well as make our companies grow and thrive as much as possible.
