We have a few versatile spaces in our business center:
$50 / hour
Reserve our conference room/creative workshop space for your next presentation or hands-on seminar. The room has a large 14 person table with chairs, audio/video, shelf space and many other amenities to make your meeting or workshop a successful one. Small beverage station is included with all reservations. *Co-working members receive 50% off hourly rate.
$200 / hour
EVENT LOUNGE ROOM & BREEZEWAY SPACE
This is the perfect space for your next event, meeting, mixer, or presentation. Our breezeway is our “outside” space. It has a roof, but the front and back of the breezeway are open to the fresh air. This is a great addition to the room rental as it provides you with more space. DETAILS: Up to 75 guests, we only provide the space; client provides everything else, customized add-on options for these spaces are available, two hours of set up time and one hour of break down time, liability insurance policy included. *Co-working members receive 50% off hourly rate.
CUSTOM PACKAGES AVAILABLE
We love creativity. If you have an idea or vision to bring to life in our space, we would love to hear about it. Some of the things we can help you with are planning, decor, floral, food, bar, music, etc. We are event experts and will take the stress out of planning any event. Consider us your personal event concierge!
We love providing our community with fun and interactive things to do and would be honored to have you host a unique workshop in downtown Modesto. We have the perfect spaces, furniture, tables, chairs, audio / visual and resources but need some unique talent to lead the workshops. If you are expecting under 50 guests, we would have the workshop at Nine3One (next door to The Century). If you are expecting a larger turn out (over 50 guests), then we would definitely have it in our main ballroom which can hold up to 350 guests. We offer our space free to workshop hosts, but we would share the ticket sales. Our team will help with set up on the day of the workshop and assist with marketing.
