We have a few versatile spaces in our business center:

CONFERENCE ROOM

Reserve our conference room/creative workshop space for your next presentation or hands-on seminar. The room has a large 12 person table with chairs, audio/video, shelf space and many other amenities to make your meeting or workshop a successful one. Small beverage station is included with all reservations. *Monthly co-working members have free access to the conference room.
$50 / hour


LOUNGE ROOM & BREEZEWAY

This is the perfect space for your next event, meeting, mixer, or presentation. Our breezeway is our “outside” space; it has a roof, but the front and back of the breezeway are open to the fresh air. This is a great addition to the room rental as it provides you with more space. Max capacity is 50 guests and includes chairs, tables, audio/visual. We provide you with two hours of set up time and one hour of break down time. We have custom packages available too where we can include food, beverage, floral, etc. *Monthly co-working members get 50% off all lounge room and breezeway rentals.
$200 / hour


HOST A WORKSHOP

If you are well-versed in a trade, product or subject we would love to have you host a workshop at Nine3One or The Century!

We love providing our community with fun and interactive things to do and would be honored to have you host a unique workshop in downtown Modesto. We have the perfect spaces, furniture, tables, chairs, audio / visual and resources but need some unique talent to lead the workshops. If you are expecting under 50 guests, we would have the workshop at Nine3One. If you are expecting a larger turn out (over 50 guests), then we would have it in our ballroom at The Century which can hold up to 300 guests.

We offer our space free to workshop hosts, but we would share the ticket sales. We would keep 35% of your ticket sales. Our team will help with set up on the day of the workshop and assist with marketing. Consider us your personal workshop concierge. Showers & Birthdays

The Lounge Room & Breezeway spaces are perfect for your next bridal shower, baby shower, or birthday party.

Up To 75 Guests.
Includes tables, chairs, hostess, place settings, background music, and all furniture needed (cake table, buffet tables, etc).
You must choose from our catering and bar menu.
You can bring your own decor and entertainment.

Booking Details:
$600 minimum


Rates:
$200 per occupancy hour
$100 per set up hour

Service Fee: 10% of contract total
Deposit: 25% of contract total (remaining balance due two weeks before event)


Century Client Perks:
If you are a current, past, or future client of The Century, we will waive the service fee and provide you with a free champagne toast service.


Rehearsal Dinner

The Lounge Room & Breezeway spaces are perfect for your rehearsal dinner.

Up To 50 Guests.
Includes two hours of venue use, tables, chairs, banquet staff, place settings, simple decor, and background music.
You must choose from our catering and bar menu.

Booking Details:
$600 minimum

Service Fee: 10% of contract total
Deposit: 25% of contract total (remaining balance due two weeks before event)

Century Client Perks:
If you are a current, past, or future client of The Century, we will waive the service fee and provide you with a free champagne toast service.
